Delivery costs are displayed before confirming the order. Purchased items are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer within 4 – 14 business days. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to deliver items within 45 calendar days, with notification to the customer.
- Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Goods. (Depending on the Goods, the Buyer may not have obligatory withdrawal rights; in such cases, the reason must be clearly specified and explained). Withdrawal rights do not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day withdrawal right, the Goods may only be used for the intended purposes. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the Goods during the withdrawal period. If the Goods are improperly used or damaged during use, if the original packaging is lost, or if the packaging is significantly damaged, the online store has the right to reduce the refund amount according to the decrease in the value of the Goods.
To exercise withdrawal rights, the Buyer must submit the withdrawal form, which can be found here: (insert link to withdrawal form), by sending it to the email address [email protected] within 14 days after receiving the Goods. It is good practice for the Buyer to ensure the return of the Goods without additional charges. This will increase trust in the online store and help improve sales volume.
The following sentence applies to online stores that cannot offer free return of goods. The Buyer bears the cost of returning the Goods, except in cases where the reason for returning is that the Goods do not match the order (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).
The Buyer’s obligation is to return the Goods to the online store without delay but no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal form to the online store. After receiving the returned Goods, the online store will promptly, but no later than within 14 days, refund all payments received from the Buyer based on the Distance Contract.
The online store has the right to withhold payment until receiving confirmation of the return of the Goods or evidence of the return from the Buyer. If the Buyer has chosen a shipping method other than the cheapest one offered by the online store, the online store is not obligated to compensate for the extra shipping costs.
The online store is not responsible for delays or failures in performance of obligations or any other non-performance arising from circumstances and obstacles beyond the reasonable control of the online store.
The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell goods and request the return of goods from the Buyer if the price indicated in the online store is significantly lower than its market price due to errors.
- Consumer Rights for Non-conforming Goods
The online store is responsible for the non-conformity of goods sold to the Buyer with the terms of the contract or for defects that arise within 6 months from the date of delivery of the goods to the customer, or from the time of delivery, if such assumption is not contrary to the properties or defects of the goods. The Buyer must inform the Seller of the non-conformity of the goods immediately, within 2 months of its discovery, by submitting a complaint. The Buyer can submit a complaint by contacting the online store, writing to [email protected], or calling +371 22 462 780.
The online store is not responsible for defects that arise after the delivery of the Goods to the Buyer. If the purchased Goods have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request the elimination of defects or the exchange for new Goods free of charge.
If the Goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller returns all payments specified in the Distance Contract to the Buyer. The Seller provides a written response to the consumer’s complaint within 15 days.
- Processing of Buyer’s Personal Data
